Research and Discovery
During this process we took time to discover, research, and understand who their target audience was. We spent time creating personas, conducting user interviews and also building out user flows to understand the customer
Wireframing
Citefull's product works as a widget within a website, however, we did not want it to function just like any widget we wanted it to feel like it belonged and fit along into the users site. During this phase we went through many different iterations to and tested multiple.
Prototyping
After we had come up with a definitive layout for the content we then dug in to the prototyping phase. During this phase we explored multiple possibilities for functionality and look, and conducted user research on which layout worked best.
